Mclaren Vale

Well not long now till MVHM and the preapration is going smoothly. Nae and I have managed a good preparation for the event. I have been trialling a new long distance program called the MAF Maffetone heart rate training method which has seen me completely reduce my ongoing plantar fasciitis and increase my aerobic fitness. 
After that we will look to the Kuitpo 10km trail - happy days !
