Mclaren Vale

Well not long now till MVHM and the preapration is going smoothly. Nae and I have managed a good preparation for the event. I have been trialling a new long distance program called the MAF Maffetone heart rate training method which has seen me completely reduce my ongoing plantar fasciitis and increase my aerobic fitness. 
After that we will look to the Kuitpo 10km trail - happy days !

City to Bay 12km 2016, lets do this

Well it's only 13 weeks to go to my first City to Bay run. My running mojo seems to have left the building but I am determined to be fit enough to enjoy the journey!
Nae and I really need to get back to it so we can both enjoy the journey 😁.
Off to get ready wish me luck!
